Posses a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or ACCA/CIMA/ MACPA or its equivalent.
|
- |
Minimum 7 years working experience at managerial level in detailed property development financial accounts, cash flows, tax planning, budget control and financial reporting. |
- |
Familiar with computerised accounting systems, specifically IFCA software. |
- |
Posses high level of integrity, initiative with proven analytical and problem solving skills. |
- |
Good organisational and supervisory skills. |
- |
A team player with good interpersonal communication skills. |
