A degree in Architecture/ Civil and Structural Engineering/ Building or related disciplines.

Minimum 7 years relevant working experience at managerial level in large land-tract developments, as well as integrated commercial and / or residential developments. |
- |
Experienced in managing a team of consultants and contractors to achieve high standards as well as meeting budgeted costs and time frames. |
- |
A team player with high level of computer literacy and project scheduling. |
- |
Good organisational and supervisory skills. |
- |
Mature, self-motivated with leadership qualities and able to liaise effectively with authorities, government agencies, consultants, contractors and suppliers. |
- |
Posses own transport and willing to travel extensively. |
