Posses a marketing Degree or related field.

Minimum 7 years relevant experience at managerial level in project marketing of high-end residential and commercial properties, both landed as well as stratified. |
- |
Posses a creative mind in developing new property concepts and ideas. |
- |
Technically competent in developing business plans and budgets for the marketing of a project, its phases and components. |
- |
Mature, self-motivated with leadership qualities and able to lead a marketing and sales team. |
- |
A team player with the ability to train and motivate the team to achieve sales targets. |
- |
Posses own transport and willing to travel extensively. |
