Posses at least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy or its equivalent.

Minimum 4 years experience in detailed property development, financial accounts, cash flows, tax planning, budget control and financial reporting. |
- |
PC literate and competent with computerized accounting systems, specified IFCA software. |
- |
Able to handle a full set of accounts. |

A team player with good interpersonal communication skills. |
- |
Posses high level of integrity, initiative with proven analytical and problem solving skills. |
